Job Description:

We are looking for Senior Software Engineers (Java, UML) to design and implement part of a Software System for the defence industry. This is an exciting project focused on the development of the front-end HMI for the product. Responsibilities include software design using UML, implementation in Java with a focus on JavaFX, peer review of designs and code, unit testing, and documentation production.

Requirements:

Appropriate degree (Engineering or Computer Science) is required. Essential skills include HMI design experience, Java, JavaFX, and domain experience in sonar and/or tactical/situational awareness. Experience in service-oriented architectures, sonar data operational display, data visualization, micro-services, APIs, TCP/IP, virtualization, open architectures, databases, and data fusion is preferred.
