Job Description
Are you passionate about leveraging technology to streamline and optimise business processes? We are seeking a dedicated and innovative ServiceNow Developer to oversee the maintenance and development of our ServiceNow platform. This critical role will support our service management processes, including Incident, Change, Problem and Request management, as well as several back-office, non-publishing catalogues and workflows.
You will be instrumental in advancing current developments within the CMDB module and leading multiple integrations with other business services, all aimed at maximising the value and efficiency of our platform. Requirements
• Extensive experience working on and developing the latest ServiceNow platform.
• Significant experience of integrating ServiceNow with multiple other systems including MS Teams, JIRA and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Integration Hub and how flow designer can be utilised to maximise value and efficiency.
• Relevant experience of the CMDB structure within ServiceNow, aligning to the CSDM framework.
• Experience of implementing service discovery, using multiple sources, and amalgamating the data into a comprehensive and usable CI database.
• An ability to work in an agile way to ensure that enhancements and developments are carried out in a timely fashion, maximising value whilst avoiding additional cost.
• The ability to successfully work and communicate with a range of stakeholders across our Technology division and our various business functions.
• Knowledge of other toolsets such as JIRA and SNOW License manager MS Tool stack.

For this role, there are meetings and activities that you will need to attend in-person, mainly at our offices in London or Colchester. The exact balance of office to remote working will depend on the nature of your role and team needs, and we are open to discussing this through the recruitment process.
