Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Design, this role is highly varied, with creativity and innovative ideas at its core. It would suit someone with 6-8 years of industry experience in a similar industry. The successful candidate will work to a flexible schedule depending on business needs and will provide design support on various projects ranging from business development pitches and client presentations to internal marketing communications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility and originality when bringing briefs to life, working both within established brand guidelines and taking design concepts to innovative levels. Managing multiple projects and stakeholders while meeting deadlines will be essential.

Requirements

About You:

• A confident Senior Motion/Video Designer passionate about projecting the best image for themselves and Studios.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe CC, and other motion design software.
• Ability to work to a flexible schedule depending on business design needs, including potential evening or weekend shifts.
• Awareness of new trends in design to inspire Studios and implement in design deliverables.
• Detailed understanding of making informed decisions and demonstrating commercial understanding in pitches and client briefs.
• Advanced use of motion/video software to develop and oversee the creation of high-quality motion graphics for marketing channels.
• Experience collaborating with creative producers, copywriters, and graphic designers for cohesive visual content.
• Leadership in brainstorming sessions with a focus on innovative motion design solutions.
• Continuous improvement of the motion design process for efficiency and effectiveness.

Software Knowledge (Essential):

• After Effects CC
• Premiere CC (or similar)
• Illustrator CC
• Photoshop CC
