Role Name: WordPress Developer

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time-zone, Sydney

Job Description

As a WordPress Developer, you’ll be integral to delivering high-caliber website solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking digital agency that values technical excellence and creative problem-solving. You’ll collaborate with a talented global team while having the autonomy to drive projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop custom WordPress solutions for diverse client requirements
  • Lead technical implementation of website projects from initial setup to launch
  • Create and maintain efficient, scalable, and reusable WordPress components
  • Collaborate with designers and digital marketers to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Implement best practices for WordPress development and site optimization
  • Provide technical consultation for complex client requirements

Requirements

  • Proven track record in WordPress development with an impressive portfolio
  • Strong command of WordPress core, theme development, and plugin architecture
  • Expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience working with multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in APAC timezone
