Job Description

Immerse Education is seeking a creative and confident London-based Content Creator to support our UK summer programmes in Cambridge, Oxford, and London. This role offers a unique opportunity to travel across prestigious university cities, capturing the energy and excitement of our academic experiences and turning it into engaging content for social media and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with our Production Lead to bring our brand to life through real-time storytelling, video production, photography, and blog content. Embedded within our summer teams, your focus will be on capturing our students’ fantastic experiences. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, as our programmes run residentially with activities from morning until evening. This may involve early starts or late finishes, based on when the best content opportunities arise. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in various exciting excursions, including day trips, industry visits, and theatre outings, providing excellent opportunities to capture immersive real-world moments that highlight the richness of the summer experience.

Responsibilities

• Capture, edit, and share photo and video content of daily programme life.
• Share real-time updates across social platforms.
• Write short-form blog content and conduct interviews.
• Engage students to get involved, generate their own content, and participate in competitions.
• Ensure all content reflects our tone of voice and brand standards.

Requirements

We are looking for a student (Oxbridge or UCL undergraduate preferred) with proven experience in creating social content, whether for themselves or for others. Candidates should be natural storytellers with strong visual instincts, an eye for detail, and the ability to work and travel independently across multiple UK locations.

• Confident in filming yourself and others.
• Experience creating TikToks, Reels, or short-form video.
• Experienced in photography and filmmaking.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proactive, well-organised, and collaborative.

Additional Information

This role is structured around a rota system to accommodate varying schedules and content opportunities. As a Content Creator, you will be an integral part of the summer teams, contributing to the creative atmosphere of the programmes.
