Job Description

A multi-platinum UK music producer and artist is seeking a sharp, trend-aware Content Creator to lead on dynamic social media content and community management. This role blends strategy and execution, with a focus on short-form video and photography across Instagram, TikTok, and Discord.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce content aligned with the artist’s schedule and narrative, on-site and remotely.
• Shoot and edit content during studio sessions, gigs, and appearances.
• Deliver content same-day or next-day for time-sensitive campaigns.
• Stay ahead of TikTok, IG, and Discord trends to drive visibility and engagement.
• Assist with Discord server content and community management – keeping fans informed, active, and engaged.

Skills & Experience

• Actively engaged with culture, memes, music, and online communities.
• Proficient with CapCut or equivalent short-form video editing skills.
• Strong photography and proficient at photo editing.
• Deep understanding of social media strategy and platform nuances.
• Experience with managing or moderating Discord communities is a plus.
