Job Description

Lakshya, a Keywords Studios company, is seeking a Senior Artist based in India. The Senior Artist plays a crucial role in the art team, handling complex art creation tasks while also interpreting client specifications and requirements. The position extends beyond mere creation; it involves troubleshooting, first-level artistic checks of fellow artists’ work, and assisting in effort estimation for new projects. This role serves as a stepping stone to higher positions such as Art Lead and Specialist, incorporating responsibilities from these higher roles.

• Excellent 3D environment creation skills
• High degree of proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Max, Photoshop, and zBrush
• Hands-on experience with software like Substance Painter, Substance Designer, and Blender
• Strong knowledge of Game Art pipeline and real-time shaders with engines like Unreal and Unity
• Strong attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter and team player

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in creating 3D art assets for AAA titles.
