Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with over 6 years of relevant experience to join our team in Bangalore, Whitefield. The role involves working from the office 3 days a week, with a salary budget of up to 18 LPA. The hiring process includes a virtual technical interview followed by a face-to-face interview at the Whitefield office.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development: Develop new features with end-to-end code implementation in Java (JDK 8+), Spring Boot, and Microservices; Build RESTful APIs with Spring JPA, JSON, and efficient database interactions; Work on deployment, release activities, and troubleshooting production issues.

Tech Stack Expertise: Backend: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, REST APIs, Microservices; Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL; CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, Maven; Monitoring & Tools: Grafana, ServiceNow (basic), IntelliJ/Eclipse.

Collaboration & Best Practices: Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to CI/CD pipelines; Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, Spring JPA, and database management (SQL/PostgreSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Azure Pipelines).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, ServiceNow).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Frontend exposure (Angular 8-14, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for learning new technologies.

Qualifications & Soft Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Good English communication & teamwork abilities.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to take ownership.
