Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer - React JS to join our team. As a Frontend Engineer, you will be working on different types of products from websites to enterprise platforms. As part of a cross-functional team focused on delivery, you will be responsible for carving the visuals of the entire product.

Responsibilities

  • Building the next-generation web applications with a focus on the client’s vision.
  • Mentoring team members and involved in the hiring process.
  • Participating actively in the design process along with code review.
  • Working closely with the concerned stakeholders on the feasibility of upcoming changes & providing accurate timelines of work.
  • Exploring, communicating, and implementing Frontend best practices within the organization.
  • Staying ahead of the game and up to date with the latest the field has to offer.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into responsive and interactive user interfaces.
  • Implement pixel-perfect designs with a focus on user experience and usability.
  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React.js.
  • Implement state management using tools like Redux or Context API.
  • Integrate with backend services and APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Build reusable and efficient React components and libraries.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and modular code.
  • Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards.
  • Ensure the responsiveness of applications for a variety of devices and screen sizes.
  • Implement responsive design principles and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.
  • Continuously enhance your skills and share knowledge within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in React JS.
  • Experienced with Agile methodology.
  • Strong knowledge of the concepts and paradigms.
  • Ability to juggle more than one language and framework.
  • Solid understanding of CS fundamentals; algorithms, data structures, and time and space complexity.
  • Experienced with the following: Typescript or other statically typed language, GraphQL is a plus, building cross-platform mobile applications using JavaScript (Ionic, ReactNative) and familiar with Reactive Programming (RxJS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong grasp of the English language (writing and speaking).
  • Previous experience dealing with client-side testing patterns.
