Unreal Engine Developer: Craft Immersive Realities

The Opportunity:

Pentoz is seeking a skilled Unreal Engine Developer to build next-gen interactive experiences across gaming, XR, simulation, and enterprise platforms. You’ll work on cutting-edge real-time environments, leveraging the power of Unreal Engine 5 to create high-fidelity visuals and complex logic that drive immersive, scalable applications.

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Developing real-time 3D applications using Unreal Engine (Blueprints & C++).
• Creating interactive simulations, games, and XR environments.
• Building systems for animation, physics, AI, UI, and gameplay logic.
• Optimizing performance across platforms (PC, mobile, console, VR/AR).
• Collaborating across design, product, and engineering to deliver high-impact digital products.

This Role Is For You If:

• You have 3–6+ years with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) in real-time or game dev.
• You’re fluent in C++, Blueprints, and real-time rendering techniques.
• You’ve worked on gameplay systems, or immersive environments.
• You’re experienced with performance tuning, multiplayer, or XR integrations.
