    My role

    My role involved revamping the recruitment platform and designing additional features. Key responsibilities included:

    UX/UI Design and Prototyping for the new version of the recruitment platform.

    Collaboration with product designer interns, developers, and stakeholders to drive project success.

    Building and Managing the product team.

    Managing the Product from inception to “go-live” date.

    Improving UX post-go-live.

    Results

    The recruitment platform replaced Notion as a database.

    Manual creation of CVs for candidates was eliminated.

    Employers gained access to a larger database of potential candidates and could directly access their portfolios. Additional functions included downloading CVs, scheduling interviews, and contact forms.

    The number of referred nurses by existing and new partners increased.

    The platform enabled partners to accelerate the recruitment process by managing tasks for their referred candidates.
