Sr. Manager, Motion Graphics at Pittsburgh Penguins

Run a constantly changing team of 3-7 full-time, part-time, and interns. Lead motion graphics interns in all phases from interviews to work assignments and feedback. Lead in search/hiring multiple members of the motion graphics team. Manage workflow for all motion graphics needs of the team and partners as they relate to in-game presentation and social media. Primary responsibility for in-game graphics machine (Was Chyron, now Expression for two years). Primary art direction and execution for video opens since 2013. Involved in planning and day-of direction for player sets during headshot/creative day for 12 years. Part of the group that develops and creates new campaign looks. Work with Partnership to ensure partners are getting the visual treatment they like while fitting with our current campaign look. Built/animated creative for many ceremonies & occasions. Built in-game graphics on Xpression and Chyron for 5 different sports.
