Creative problem solving & using initiative to design within budget ensuring the product is always of the highest quality. Proficient use of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator to design and create production ready design packs. Clear understanding of colour compilation and repeat pattern work. Forming strong and respectful relationships with suppliers. Experience of working with factories globally and travelling to work with them. Regular inspirational & competitor research to ensure newness in design work. Excel at working to deadlines within challenging time frames.
