I'm Adam Webber, Peruvian, Irish and British, grown up in Mexico City. I'm an aspiring writer who has published a collection of short stories and screenplays under the book name Artemisa, as well as had my work fiction published in a couple anthologies, my non-fiction work spans a podcast recorded for the Sainsbury Center Museum and assistant editing a fine arts book on James Ensor. I am trilingual, native in English and Spanish and fluent in French, which I have put to the test through proofreading and copy-writing as well as translating to and from all three of these languages. As well as earning a first class degree from the University of East Anglia, I have worked at the Norfolk and Norwich festival conducting interviews and soundbite recording for the festivals's official website release; volunteered running creative writing workshops for primary and secondary school children at Fighting Words; done Teenage Consulting at the audiovisual production company Dopamine; and conducted genre research on the New Latin Boom for the Fondo de Cultura Económica. I have proven experience thriving under deadlines, working collaboratively, editing, researching, tailoring content for various diverse audiences, and most important, bringing a wild idea which sparked up while sleep deprived onto a blank page and turning it into a storyline.
