In my recent work, I helped deliver features for a social media app with real-time chat powered by Firebase Realtime Database, along with push notifications, secure authentication, and API integration using Retrofit and OkHttp. I also worked on production-ready freelance projects—enhancing UX components like image cropping, integrating payment flows via WebView, and developing a padel community app using Jetpack Compose—while keeping maintainability and performance in mind.
An app designed to support the padel community by helping manage players, coaches, and courts. I was responsible for creating the UI with Jetpack Compose based on a Figma design, focusing on a clean and intuitive booking and management flow.
A freelance project similar to Talabat, originally built with XML. My role was to modify and improve the app’s usability, making the design more user-friendly and enhancing the overall user experience.
Developed and contributed to Wasla Social Media Android features focused on real-time communication. Implemented real-time chat between users and AI using Firebase Realtime Database, ensuring responsive messaging. Integrated push notifications for instant updates and handled secure user authentication. Worked with REST APIs through Retrofit and improved network debugging and logging using OkHttp. Implemented multiple features following Clean Architecture and MVVM to keep the codebase scalable and maintainable.
Contributed to the Amel Tech App by implementing key features and fixes, customizing the ImageCropper library for better UX, integrating secure WebView-based payment flows, and delivering production-ready code published on Google Play. Developed the Padel Prime App focused on the padel sports community, building UIs with Jetpack Compose and collaborating with clients for user-centered designs. Technologies used included Kotlin, Compose, MVVM, Clean Architecture, WebView, Firebase, Navigation Component, and more.
