    Use Direct Query, Import Mode, or Hybrid Mode based on performance needs.
    Utilize Power BI Performance Analyzer to debug slow reports.
  5. Power BI Service & Security
    Publish reports to Power BI Service and configure data refresh schedules.
    Manage Row-Level Security (RLS) to control user access.
    Share dashboards via Power BI Workspaces, Apps, and Sharing settings.
  6. Collaboration & Documentation
    Work with business users to understand reporting needs and KPIs.
    Document data models, reports, and dashboards for future reference.
    Provide Power BI training & support to non-technical users.
