About

I’m Jose Alejandro Leon (Alex), an audio engineer and media production graduate based in Boulder who specializes in mixing, mastering, sound design, and immersive audio. I build electronic music and sonic worlds from the ground up—using synthesis, sampling, and studio-grade processing—while staying focused on clean, professional results.

I also work across spatial formats like Dolby Atmos and Ambisonics, and I’m experienced with immersive workflows in Reaper. As a reliable, self-directed operator who has built and run two businesses, I bring strong communication and follow-through to every project, from the final master to release planning and promotion.
