Alicia Pearson

My greatest passion is designing spaces, which drives me to be in a constant state of learning and growth. My approach is not confined to a single style; I firmly believe that each project is a unique blend of influences and references. From minimalist to bohemian, or even traditional and rural styles, I find inspiration in various currents to create environments that embody elegance, warmth, and authenticity. What defines me is the versatility, adaptability, and commitment I bring to each project. I design spaces that speak for themselves, infused with subtlety and naturalness that resonate with those who inhabit them.

My experience includes working at a luxury interior design studio in Barcelona, where projects required a contemporary, stylish aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail. I learned to design with a focus on clients’ needs, prioritizing comfort and wellbeing in every space. As a project manager, I established schedules, coordinated teams, and oversaw budgets to ensure timely delivery and profitability. I led a team of three interior designers and collaborated with administration and marketing. I managed projects from start to finish, covering the design process and site supervision through final decoration, including styling. I participated in material selection and created rendered visuals to help clients visualise outcomes. This experience strengthened my site-management skills and deepened my understanding of materials and construction. I currently work at a company where I play an integral role in project management, from budgets to supervising the execution process, coordinating teams, and ensuring alignment with client goals.
