Discovery/ Consultation/Project Scope

• Provide consultation on the updated project scope with CUTA staff.
• Make sure that the project scope also addresses other team members’ requirements.
• Ongoing consultation via Zoom/MS Teams with CUTA staff for the duration of the project.
• Review the current UNIX for members, discuss any issues and how this can be addressed and improved in the new site and CRM.
• Understand how current member data is viewed, searched, and reported and how the lead,
organization and team structure are currently set up.
• Create a network application for Canada wide transit organizations so that users can share documentation and connect with each other.
• Create Organization search directory.
• Be aware of the current admin experience for the website and DMS system and how this can be improved for the new site, DMS and CRM going forward for the whole team. This can cover
on-boarding, automations, integrations, stats and marketing.
