Amarachi Odimba is a Nigerian multidisciplinary artist whose practice explores place, migration, memory, and belonging through painting, sculpture, and material experimentation. Her work draws from personal experiences of movement and diaspora, transforming everyday materials such as Ghana Must Go bags, textiles, and architectural forms into sculptural paintings that connect the body to ideas of home and cultural memory. She works across painting, sewing, embellishment, and mixed media, blurring boundaries between fine art, craft, and everyday life. Her practice has been presented through exhibitions, artist residencies, and creative engagements in Nigeria, the United States, and internationally, alongside her experience as an art educator and mentor in formal and informal settings.
