    Designing a BI Dashboard for JioPay to Monitor Merchant POS Performance

    I designed a real-time internal dashboard for a fintech platform to help their sales and operations teams track POS transactions, device activity, and store performance across India.

    The goal was to simplify complex transaction data into clear, actionable insights using filters, KPI cards, visual graphs, and exportable reports.

    What I Delivered:
    ✅ A fully designed desktop dashboard UI (Figma)
    ✅ Smart filters (entity, state, payment mode, etc.)
    ✅ KPI cards with active/inactive breakdowns
    ✅ Visual graphs (bar + donut) to show trends
    ✅ A detailed monthly transaction table with export options
    ✅ Responsive layout + scalability considerations

    This project was mentored by a senior designer from the client’s team and built for real internal use — not just concept work.
