This portfolio presents my approach to social media management through the design and execution of several content campaigns focused on storytelling, audience engagement, and measurable performance. The project highlights both my creative process and my strategic thinking when building social media campaigns from concept to evaluation.
The main objective of this project is to demonstrate the skills and knowledge I developed in social media management, including campaign planning, content creation, audience targeting, and performance analysis. Through this portfolio, I showcase multiple campaigns—both real and fictional—that illustrate how strategic content can attract attention, create engagement, and strengthen a brand or initiative online.
At the core of the project is my philosophy that effective social media management begins with understanding a clear objective and a specific audience. Every campaign in the portfolio follows this logic: defining a goal, identifying the target audience, producing engaging content tailored to that audience, and measuring results through analytics and engagement metrics.
The campaigns explore different themes and contexts. For example, one campaign focuses on the ghost stories and urban legends of Old Montreal, using visually engaging Instagram content such as Reels and photo carousels to attract followers interested in local history and storytelling. Another campaign highlights Montreal’s Grande Bibliothèque, using educational and entertaining visual content to increase awareness and engagement with cultural spaces.
The portfolio also includes a conceptual campaign aimed at promoting Quebec’s built heritage, demonstrating how social media can support cultural organizations by raising awareness of historical sites and encouraging public interest in heritage preservation.
Across these campaigns, I experimented with different formats—Reels, Stories, and carousel posts—while monitoring key indicators such as reach, views, and interactions. Even when results were modest, the campaigns provided valuable insights into how audiences interact with content and how strategies can be refined for greater impact.
Overall, this project reflects my ability to combine creativity, storytelling, and analytical thinking to design social media strategies that are engaging, purposeful, and adaptable to different audiences and communication goals.
