Worked with engineering, development, and testing teams to identify root causes, monitor defect trends, prioritize issues, maintain documentation, and improve quality processes. Successfully resolved more than 300 high-priority defects and implemented improvements to defect tracking and team communication.

Created test cases from product specifications, executed test plans, maintained individual and team testing environments, tracked defects, and collaborated with developers and stakeholders on issue resolution. Reviewed product documentation, supported stakeholders before general availability releases, created and executed SQL scripts for data validation, maintained automated test scripts, and provided testing effort estimates.
