My fascination lies in design, problem-solving, psychology, entrepreneurship and neurodiversity. Here’s my creative process:

Listening: I start by understanding people — their perspectives, goals, and challenges.

Imagining: I envision the entire user journey, identifying and addressing potential pitfalls.

Research: I study best practices and interview stakeholders to get a better understanding of their experiences, problems and goals.

Iterating: My mantra is ‘build, measure, learn.’ This approach helps me learn quickly and ensures I’m solving the right problems to help users reach their goals.
