• Directed the project team supporting a critical UK Defence partnership in implementing its AI Strategy, focusing on concept development, reporting directly to the CTO.

• Owned the end-to-end product lifecycle for a suite of AI solutions designed to enhance analytical capability.

• Led user requirement sessions to capture evolving needs, define product roadmap and success metrics in alignment with strategic objectives, ensuring all deliverables met operational, compliance, and policy standards.

• Managed the product backlog and prioritised features based on stakeholder input, user feedback, and business value, using Agile methodologies and tools including Jira and Confluence.

• Partnered with cross-functional teams of data scientists and software engineers to convert users’ business requirements into technical AI models (TRL 6).

• Monitored emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities for product enhancement.

• Acted as the primary liaison between technical teams and C-suite stakeholders—translating complex AI and data science concepts into clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Facilitated sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely delivery of milestones across multiple workstreams.

• Advocated for user needs and adoption, leading the development of an Operational AI Engagement Framework to scale awareness and ensure business alignment.

• Outcome: Delivered 7 UAT-approved AI proof-of-concepts, improving analyst efficiency by up to 80%. Increased AI engagement-reach tenfold across the organisation, secured £2M+ in follow-on contracts, and expanded the programme team threefold. Commended by the CTO for excellence in delivery and stakeholder management.
