Global Operations Process Visualization

This project focused on transforming opaque operational workflows for a multinational manufacturing client. Their existing procedures, documented in dense, text-heavy manuals, led to inconsistencies and prolonged training times across global production lines. I meticulously mapped current-state processes, identifying pain points, and designed a series of interactive flowcharts, swim lane diagrams, and step-by-step visual guides for critical manufacturing processes. Process data was integrated into these visualizations to highlight bottlenecks and quantify their impact, enabling data-informed decision-making. A compelling internal narrative around “Operational Excellence through Clarity” was crafted, and the visual assets were integrated into the client’s internal knowledge management system with supporting training modules. The result was a suite of 50+ visually intuitive SOPs and process maps that reduced training time by 30% and improved operational consistency across all facilities.
