Created two poster layout groups for the public and patients’ families, and designed the team presentation slides with two team members. Customized options based on both team and client feedback. Tracked the overall team process and shared poster options and material files using Figma and team drives. Visualized and composed proposed deliverables as mockups, then documented them in the Final Outcome chapter with format explanations in both Vietnamese and English. Provided feedback to team members on small design errors and suggested which sections each member should handle for the presentation slides.

Volunteered as an educator for special-needs students, with a focus on communication and adapting to each student’s needs.
