Responsible for scheduling sessions, managing bookings, coordinating client arrivals and logistics, leading technical setup and teardown for recording, mixing, and mastering sessions; primary engineer for complex sessions; maintaining/calibrating studio equipment; implementing studio workflow, session templates, naming conventions, file backup, and archiving procedures; supervising, training, and mentoring assistant engineers, interns, and contractors.

Responsible for accurately taking and delivering food and drink orders in a timely manner, performing opening and closing setup, breakdown, and deep cleaning duties, suggestively selling popular and seasonal menu items, and building a relationship with guests.

Overseeing the audio department including engineers, interns, studio payment, and staff schedules, maintaining a clean and comfortable studio environment, assembling, tearing down, and storing recording equipment, providing and perfecting services such as pre-production, audio recording, and audio mixing, monitoring levels, navigating ProTools quickly and efficiently, providing clients with a final product that exceeds all of their expectations and ensures their return to the studio.
