I am Finnish born professional filmmaker with over 15 years of experience in the industry. I’m looking for part time jobs as an video editor on all fields within the audiovisual industry. I’ve built my career on commercials, corporate videos and music videos, until attending Prague Film School in 2017, where I found my voice as a filmmaker. Since then I’ve worked mainly as a director and editor in TV and films and chasing my dream of making feature films. For the last two years I’ve edited documentary series for TV, such as ‘Siltsu (2023)’ and ‘Likaista Lunta: Lahti 2001 (2023)’ for Finnish broadcasting networks and ‘Apocalypse Maybe (2024)’ for Aljazeera International. I’m also developing my first feature length film as a director and writer. Since the film industry at the moment is pretty unstable and undergoing upheaval, I’m looking for part time jobs as an editor. My experience as an editor ranges from short social media clips to feature length films. I’m fluent with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects. I’m at my best when I get to convey emotions and tell stories through video. I’ve been awarded with ‘Best Editor Feature Film’ at Seattle Film Festival 2021 for the feature film Playdurizm.
