Antonio Scarpitta

I am a film editor based in San Francisco, CA. Over the last 13 years I have worked as an editor, colorist and motion graphics designer for CBS, El Rey Network, BCII TV, CarbonTV, and The Veria Network. Before that I contributed to a wide range of independent movies and documentaries.

In 2009 I worked on the documentary The Garden, which was nominated for an Oscar for Best Documentary. I am the director/producer of Dream On Productions (2008–2025), directing and producing the documentary ‘8 Weeks to 6 Minutes’, writing, directing and editing six short films, and producing Vimeo and YouTube series Outside the Box and Latitude + Longitude. I color and design motion graphics for live sports and entertainment programming, including work as a DaVinci colorist for one-hour news shows, and on-air graphics for Baja racing productions across CBS Sports Network, Motor Trend Network, Discovery Channel, Tubi Network, Veria Network and BCII TV.
