Work Experience

Design & Innovation Intern (Fashion Tech Farm) at Fashion Tech Farm, Eindhoven, Netherlands
August 1, 2023 - November 30, 2023
Designed within constraints by balancing intended use, material possibilities, fabrication methods, and practical limitations. Explored feasible concept directions through creative production, using fabric laser cutters, heat presses, and sewing to investigate how form, surface, and interaction could shape user experience. Produced linked visual and interactive ideas tied to textile material behavior and fabrication workflows, and developed/refined prototype directions for client or team outcomes.
Design & Innovation Intern at Fashion Tech Farm, Eindhoven, Netherlands
August 1, 2023 - November 1, 2023
Designed within material and fabrication constraints while collaborating with small design and production teams. Explored feasible concept directions through creative production using fabric laser cutters, heat presses, and sewing. Developed prototype directions by linking form, surface, interaction, and how users experience concepts through tangible outputs. Balanced intended use with practical considerations to ensure concepts could be realized and tested effectively.
Digital-Physical Learning Tool (MSc Project) - PeakQuests at TU/e, Eindhoven, Netherlands
February 1, 2023 - August 31, 2025
Conducted target-user research (desk research, user scenarios, and interviews with seven students) to identify barriers around goal clarity, motivation, progress tracking, reminders, and reflection. Built and iterated three concept directions: a physical tile-based prototype with a digital companion, a mountain-map digital interface with checkoffs and reminders, and a chatbot-inspired guided learning experience. Produced Figma landing and dashboard prototypes with reusable components and refined information hierarchy, visual feedback, and interaction flow based on participant feedback.
Digital-Physical Learning Tool (TU/e MSc Industrial Design) - Project Work at PeakQuests, Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e)
February 1, 2023 - August 31, 2025
Conducted target-user research with seven students to identify barriers around goal clarity, motivation, progress tracking, reminders and reflection. Developed three iterative concept directions: (1) a physical tile-based learning trajectory prototype with a digital companion, (2) a mountain-map digital interface with checkoffs and reminders, and (3) a chatbot-inspired guided learning experience. Used participant feedback to refine language, interaction flow, and the balance between guidance and overview. Built Figma landing and dashboard prototypes with reusable UI components (buttons, search, input fields, toggles), designing a clear information hierarchy and visual feedback for goal setting, activity tracking and reflection.
Tactile Textile Interaction Project - TouchME at TU/e, Eindhoven, Netherlands
September 1, 2022 - January 31, 2023
Developed two textile interaction prototypes using color, texture, layering, embroidery, yarn, felted forms, and zips. Refined a compact composition into a larger quilted interaction surface, focusing on clarity and engagement through visual and tactile detail.
Mobile AR Interaction (MSc Project) - Antsy Bench at TU/e, Eindhoven, Netherlands
September 1, 2022 - January 31, 2023
Modeled a modular public-bench proposal in Blender and developed an image-target AR experience in Unity. Implemented tap-triggered content, animations, and drag/rotate interactions to communicate modular furniture concepts in context. Connected visual storytelling to stakeholder requirements, and incorporated considerations for intended use, modularity, maintenance, and biodiversity via user/material testing and iteration.
Tactile Textile Interaction Project - Project Work at TouchME, TU/e BSc Industrial Design
September 1, 2022 - January 31, 2023
Developed two tactile textile interaction prototypes using color, texture, layering, embroidery, yarn, felted forms and zips. Refined a compact composition into a larger quilted interaction surface, improving clarity and engagement through detailed visual and tactile composition. Iterated on form and surface texture to support meaningful interaction cues within the textile-based experience.
Mobile AR Interaction (TU/e MSc Industrial Design) - Project Work at Antsy Bench, Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e)
September 1, 2022 - January 31, 2023
Modeled a modular public-bench proposal in Blender and developed an image-target AR experience in Unity. Implemented tap-triggered content, animations and drag/rotate interactions to communicate a modular public-furniture concept that remains understandable in context. Connected visual storytelling to stakeholder requirements and supported experiential design through material-user considerations such as modularity, maintenance and biodiversity. Focused on presenting intended use and modularity clearly through AR interaction and spatial narrative.
UX Research & Design Engineer (Student Team) at RECOVER@HOME, Eindhoven, Netherlands
October 1, 2020 - September 1, 2022
Created user flows, wireframes, icons, and story visualisations for a telemonitoring dashboard covering interactions for patients, nurses, and clinicians. Partnered with TU/e researchers and Catharina Hospital stakeholders via shadowing, observation, co-design, desk research, and requirements gathering. Developed interaction and concept requirements for monitoring breathing and lung data, mapping clinical, technical, and interaction needs through iterative work. Implemented UX concepts using React.js for componentized UI and routing, and Node.js for server-side runtime and backend logic including database access.
