Tobias Hachet-Lugo

I am a freelance artist praised for my vibrant colors and expressive characters. I have worked with individuals who were so fond of my art that they came back with other projects, and I hope it will be our case!
I can do anything from Illustration to character design, i’m hoping to get in the illustration, comic and animation industry
