ABOUT ME:
I have been working as a freelance illustrator for 4 years. I left my career in architecture to pursue one in illustration and art. I decided to make the move because I found that I enjoyed the creative/artistic side of my role much more than the technical project side. I still have a passion for architecture and creating exciting visuals. Since then, I have worked on a self-employed basis, and have enjoyed delivering many creative and rewarding commissions and projects. I am dedicated and enthusiastic with a background in a challenging industry and, as such, I enjoy working hard to produce great results - whether that’s getting a graphic pixel perfect or sketching out a new design concept.

PROJECTS:
2016- Current | April Illustrations | I design and illustrate my own range of artwork and products (posters, notebooks, postcards, greeting cards, stickers and prints) which I sell on my Etsy shop. All of the artwork is drawn by hand and coloured digitally using photoshop. The products are then designed using adobe illustrator, indesign and photoshop.
2017- Current | Client : SDA Architecture | I create architectural illustrations for both their clients and their practice. Working from 3D models, photographs and technical drawings I create visuals for planning drawings, community consultations, aerial views and enjoy bringing a project to life with people and activity. My architectural illustrations are hand drawn and colouring using photoshop.
2018-2019 | Client : Streetfy | I designed and illustrated a ‘perfect’ shopping street for an online shopping app. It was drawn in a vector style using Adobe Illustrator and also involved creating some gifs of people and vehicles to animate the street.
2017-2018 | Client : Passion Pictures | One of my favourite projects involved drawing around 100 wildlife illustrations (in a vector style) which were used to create diagramatic animations for a documentary film called ‘The Serengeti Rules’.
2018 | Bikmo | Created imagery for a social media advert for a Brompton bicycle promotion. This combined bike photographs with an illustrated scene using adobe illustrator.
2018 | Client : Chilli Gourmet | I illustrated a series of chilli varieties for a chilli grower, to be sold as prints and greeting cards, which I also designed.
2017 | Client : Outboundworks | The brief was to create a series of robot themed illustrations to describe the processes and ethos of the company. I helped develop the concept and illustrated a robot / human production line based on the idea of a factor. This was used for the company’s website home page. Along with some individual illustrations for other pages on their site.
