I am Arakel Semenov, an international film composer from Odessa, Ukraine. I began my career as a film composer by scoring the full-length film In Only One Life, becoming the youngest film composer in the USSR.
I was the first Ukrainian participant at MIDEM in 1993, taking part as producer, composer, director and performer of the music video Let Me. My work includes songs that reached the Music Box Russia Top-20 in 1990, and I have since scored a range of film and music projects across Europe, including the SHABO wine culture centre, with festival nominations and features at Cannes, Solothurn, and beyond.
