I’m James Armandary, a freelance photographer and videographer with a passion for storytelling. I’ve built a solid practice around content creation for events, weddings, festivals, alcohol brands, and editorial work, with a strong working knowledge of the Adobe suite and DaVinci Resolve. I’m comfortable coordinating shoots outdoors with teams, volunteers, models, and clients, and I regularly contribute to magazines and online media platforms. I also bring hands-on experience in event organization and team leadership, helping to plan and execute focused photo and video shoots.
In addition to my field work, I enjoy training and mentoring others, and I’ve developed training modules and delivered presentations to groups ranging from 1 to 100+. In my spare time I climb, ski, hike, snowboard, cycle, and travel with a camera. I hold a valid passport and full UK driver’s license. I’m always excited to collaborate on new documentary and narrative projects.
