Introduction Brother Myze](https://www.twine.net/signin is a cloud-based workflow software designed to streamline production processes for DTG, DTF, embroidery, and sublimation printing. It enables users to easily create products, manage fulfillment with QR codes, track production metrics, and connect to e-commerce platforms like Shopify for efficient on-demand production. Problem Statement In 2020, Brother recognized that in the industrial printing sector, digital services would become a crucial competitive advantage alongside world-class hardware. To stay ahead, Brother aimed to create a digital Industry 4.0 platform that connects physical products with digital services, unlocks new revenue streams, and drives more sustainable on-demand printing solutions. It became clear that success would depend not only on robust technical functionality, but also on delivering an outstanding user experience. The challenge was to design an intuitive, user-centric product that seamlessly connected physical printing devices with digital services, unlocked new business opportunities, and embodied Brother’s brand values. With limited internal UX/UI resources available at the time, Brother needed to rapidly launch a high-quality solution that offered both functional excellence and a compelling digital experience, without becoming overly dependent on external vendors, while simultaneously laying the foundation for an in-house development team to sustainably build and operate the platform as a strategic pillar of Brother’s digital transformation.

Introduction The Health Study Hub. It offers access to quality-assured metadata, study materials, and harmonized data from various sources, while evolving collaboratively with the research community. Problem Statement Researchers in clinical, public health, and epidemiological fields often struggle with fragmented, inaccessible study information and inconsistent data standards. To successfully implement FAIR principles and maximize usability, it was essential to first conduct extensive UX research to deeply understand user needs, workflows, and pain points. Based on these insights, the challenge was to design a platform that not only aggregates and harmonizes metadata, but also delivers an intuitive, user-centered experience — enabling researchers to easily find, explore, reuse and also enter study resources through a clear, accessible, and thoughtfully designed interface.

It empowers researchers to gain deeper biological insights by automating peptide and protein identification. Designed for scalability and integration, it accelerates discoveries in proteomics and biomedical research. Problem Statement As proteomics research generates increasingly complex and large-scale datasets, researchers face significant challenges in accessing, processing, and interpreting their results through fragmented and often non-intuitive tools. MSAID identified the need for a seamless, user-centered platform that simplifies complex workflows without sacrificing scientific rigor. The challenge was to design an intuitive, accessible, and visually clear interface that empowers users of all expertise levels to efficiently process, explore, and share proteomics data — all while ensuring scalability, reproducibility, and a frictionless user experience.
