I also ensured we were organized and well managed on set. I was in charge of everyone's safety, and making sure that no one got injured.

I was the 1st Assistant Director for the film "Spice". I was in charge of sending out the Call Sheet to the cast, and crew. I ensured that everyone got there, and was doing their work safely. During Production, I would receive the Media Cards from both Sound and Camera. I would then begin to offload the media to the Avid Nexus, then offload to the Producer's Drive. After that, I began to Transcode the 4K footage into 1080p, adding the LUT to the footage as well. Once, the transcoding was complete, I created the AVID Media Project for the Editor. I organized the entire project, and synced the audio to the video. I also created the Dailies Sequences, and sent it out to the Producer, Director and DoP. Later in the process, I helped create the files that Post Sound needed to begin Sound Editing. I also created the DCP for when we were signed off.
