Hi, I’m Pierre-Yves Borgeaud, a Lausanne-based filmmaker and videomaker with a long career producing, directing, and editing documentary and artistic projects. I work across production, camera operation, editing, Steadicam and drone cinematography, collaborating with RTS Romande, SF-DRS, Arte, and production houses such as ECM, Universal, Louise Productions, and Dreampixies.
Over the years I’ve created more than 100 video portraits for the Fondation Vaudoise pour la Culture and directed feature-length documentaries like Nos Utopies Communautaires, Viramundo, Return to Gorée, and other interdisciplinary works. I lead Momentum Production and the interdisciplinary association Lux-dB, blending music, image, and storytelling to explore new forms of cultural expression.
