I’ve spent the last few years working in people-facing roles across India and Japan, where the work was less about titles and more about figuring out how to make systems, programs, and teams actually function. That has taken different forms: supporting children with diverse learning needs, coordinating programs across multiple stakeholders, training youth facilitators at scale, and helping build environments where both participants and teams can operate effectively. Working across different contexts has taught me how to step into unfamiliar systems, quickly understand what’s needed, and contribute in a way that is both practical and people-centered. What I’ve come to enjoy most is the intersection of people, coordination, and execution, roles where I’m not just designing ideas, but ensuring they run smoothly, adapt to real conditions, and deliver value to the people involved. I’m comfortable working in dynamic settings where priorities shift, and a lot of the work happens behind the scenes: organizing, troubleshooting, supporting teams, and keeping things moving. Alongside that, I bring a strong ability to connect with people, whether that’s children, educators, colleagues, or external partners. More recently, I’ve been leaning into roles that combine program coordination, stakeholder interaction, and operational support, particularly in international or multicultural environments. I’m interested in structured, fast-paced teams where I can contribute to execution, coordination, and overall team effectiveness. I’m currently exploring opportunities in program coordination, operations, and people-focused roles within international or cross-cultural environments.
