    Context: Hastkala is Trident’s initiative where artisans use leftover manufacturing materials to create rugs, sheets, and other products, earning a dignified living.
    My Role: Storyboarding the film, shaping the narrative, and managing the cinematographer team on ground.
    On Ground: Traveled to rural Madhya Pradesh to meet artisans in their villages. Many were shy and unfamiliar with cameras.
    Approach: Built trust by speaking with them, making them comfortable to share their stories.
    Outcome: Captured authentic voices and impact, highlighting the artisans’ work and Trident’s social initiative.
