Over 25 years I’ve designed, engineered and implemented commercial environments for national and international formats, with a focus on customer journeys, spatial experience and operational efficiency.

Developed and implemented retail formats for automotive and FMCG sectors. Led localization of Mercedes-Benz MAR2020 showroom concept with over 50 locations in the Netherlands and Belgium. Designed in-store elements including customer zones, modular displays, and signage strategies. Produced schematic design (SD), design development (DD), and construction documentation (CD) sets, along with visual presentations and layout packages for stakeholder alignment. Coordinated implementation partners, prototyping, and iterative feedback processes.
Designed and built a 3D full-body scanning booth using 120-camera photogrammetry for retail use. Developed an end-to-end kiosk solution including customer flow, user interface, visualization, and batch output pipeline.
Implemented Türk Telekom retail format across 500+ stores; adapted concept to regional variations (urban / local), coordinated architectural teams and validation on site; delivered design manuals, furniture kits and visualization sets for format rollout and scaling.
