Bala Thura

I’m Lucifer, a passionate and experienced creative designer with over 7 years of expertise in the design and branding industry. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working across various creative mediums, including print, digital, TV, branding, and production design. My work is driven by a commitment to strong design rationale, innovative creative expression, and impactful art direction.

Currently, I serve as the Personal Assistant Design Supervisor to the CEO at One Phuket, where I oversee the creative process, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, business-aligned designs. Previously, I was the Head of Creative at ARIYA Handicraft (USA), where I spearheaded branding and design strategies for a diverse range of projects. As a Business Development Consultant for Raw Consultancy Group (UAE), I collaborated on strategic campaigns, blending design and business insights to achieve client goals.

These roles have honed my skills in conceptualizing and delivering designs that not only captivate audiences but also drive measurable results. I’ve thrived in remote settings, maintaining strong communication and meeting deadlines consistently.

I’m eager to bring my expertise to your team, delivering creative solutions that align with your vision. Let’s create something exceptional together!
