Signature wins include reviving an Impulse business (female fragrance brand) from a -36% decline to growth, turning VO5 (both gendered hair styling brand) around with a 360° campaign delivering +18% sales in 3 months, growing a fragrance-led portfolio +16%, boosting Badedas (skin cleansing & bathing) profitability by +20%, and delivering a 50% recycled plastic packaging reduction globally.
