I design and produce long-format Offering Memorandums to present commercial real estate opportunities to investors, using a mix of Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint. I also collaborate with vendors to create 3D renderings and shoot aerial and ground photography of assets, and I build vector-based maps from scratch in ArcGIS and Illustrator.

In my spare time, I enjoy crafting logos, designing websites, and capturing portraits and travel scenes—documenting people and places in both digital format and on 35mm film.
