Developed and deployed a real-time SOP mobile application for drivers to access updated driving and shunting procedures. Implemented automatic PDF updates to ensure the latest procedures are always available and integrated location tracking to support operational monitoring by the quality team. Also built an offline-first HSE reporting app supporting daily workflows with auto-sync, role-based workflows, and bilingual support. Implemented backend with Supabase and Cloudinary for media, built approval workflows, PDF export, and a draft system with full edit control. Enhanced reliability of incident reporting in environments with unstable connectivity through local data persistence and automatic synchronization. Designed an end-to-end reporting workflow used in live operations.
