As a jack of all trades filmmaker, I pride myself on bringing a wide skillset to any production. Visual cinematic storytelling and pacing are vital to me, so I edit all of the films that I direct.
My hobbies include traveling, going to the cinema, and 35mm film photography. I have a humble but robust collection of vintage camera lenses which I use both for film photography and cinematography. Being from Iceland, I am used to working in multiple roles on a single production and I have a strong work ethic.

I wrote, co-produced, directed, and edited the TV pilot “The Captain”. As the crew was quite small and the budget was tight, I was quite hands on with all technical aspects of the filming, even operating the camera for some scenes.

I wrote, produced, directed, and edited this short film. With a tight budget and a small crew, we managed to film all six pages of the script (including the dinner table scene which anyone who’s worked in film knows is a feat and a half) in one shooting day.
