I run an open-source protocol hub dedicated to plant tissue culture and in vitro micropropagation.

Most published protocols are scattered across paywalled or poorly documented papers, full of vague steps that make replication a nightmare. My project takes those methods and breaks them down into clear, standardized workflows. I document exact growth media compositions, precise hormone ratios, sterilization routines, and environmental variables so anyone can reproduce the culture work without trial-and-error guesswork.

It serves as an accessible database for researchers and hobbyists, while serving as a direct portfolio piece that shows my ability to take messy experimental biology and turn it into auditable, clean data.
