I'm Tammie Lyon, an award-winning author and illustrator of children's books. I'm known for my work on the Eloise series for Simon & Schuster and the Katie Woo series. Capstone Publishing launched two spin-off series, Pedro First Grade Hero and Katie and Pedro Mysteries, based on Katie's friend, which I am hard at work on. I'm also an accomplished illustrator who has created work for Disney, Scholastic, Simon & Schuster, Penguin, HarperCollins, and Amazon Publishing. I write and illustrate my own titles as well. My first picture book Olive and Snowflake received starred reviews from Kirkus and School Library Journal. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio with my husband Lee and two dogs, Amos and Artie.
