After graduating from USC Upstate with my business/marketing degree, I thought my path was clear: land a job at a marketing firm, climb the ladder, move to Atlanta, and live the cozy corporate life. God smiled and said, “I have another plan.” Instead I spent years in hospitality, serving, bartending, and managing. I’ve run busy dining rooms, calmed heated tables, and made people feel seen on some of their worst days. Hospitality taught me how to read a room in seconds, de-escalate conflict, and create experiences people talk about long after they leave. All the while, I was applying for what felt like thousands of marketing jobs and hearing little to nothing back. Eventually I stopped asking, “Why won’t they pick me?” and decided: “F it...actually, Faith it. I’ll hire myself.” Now I’m building my own path as a solo Brand & Content Strategist. My purpose: to transform overlooked brilliance into undeniable brands by crafting soulful digital strategies that ignite visibility, drive real results, and keep people and purpose at the center of the spotlight.
