Brydie-Rose Peters is an emerging filmmaker, specialising in mystery, psychological horror, and thriller genres. As a young woman, her works often centre around institutionalized violence and the impact of gender roles on our society. Primarily, she is interested in diverse storytelling, in establishing unique voices in narratives and exploring underrepresented minorities. Her work is often characterized by strong visual imagery, deep character relationships and complex plots; as a writer she is highly influenced by surrealist techniques to explore dreamscapes and abnormal storytelling.
